The videos are not aimied at any specific level of experience. So, some of the videos were useless for me, partciularly the chapter on blog traffic which for an experienced wordpress user like me was old news.
There were a few chapters that stood out from the rest and made my purchase extremely worth while. "How To Unlease Viral Traffic", "How To Unlock The Secret of Offline Traffic" and "How To Harness The Power Of Your Visitors To Get Repeat Traffic".
Michael provides quality information in a large quantity - 43 videos on 13 specific subjects.
While Michael does know his stuff, he's also a bit of a comedian, so this means the videos are entertaining as well as educational.

The website could be a little better.
Michael Cheney's Traffic videos is good value product. Some of the content, specifically information on press release traffic and generating free traffic have helped me to improve traffic to my sites greatly (my alexa rank is no longer in the millions - its currently 303,659) and I would have happily paid more than I did to access Michael's Videos.
